LUMPER TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Introduction

Welcome to EZ Lumper Services, operated by EZ Services, LLC dba EZ Lumper Services (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).

By applying for, accepting, or performing work assignments (“Services”) through EZ Lumper Services, you (“Lumper,” “Contractor,” or “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Lumper Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not accept or perform work for EZ Lumper Services.


2. Independent Contractor Relationship

All Lumpers are independent contractors, not employees of EZ Lumper Services.

You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, transportation, and equipment (unless otherwise provided by EZ Lumper Services under a specific job agreement).

No employment relationship is created by accepting assignments. You are free to accept or reject any offered job.

You are not entitled to benefits such as health insurance, workers’ compensation, unemployment insurance, or retirement benefits through the Company.


3. Scope of Work

EZ Lumper Services connects Lumpers to short-term or ongoing warehouse labor opportunities nationwide.
Work may include:

Unloading containers or trailers

Pallet restacking or rework

Sorting, staging, and labeling freight

Transloading or warehouse labor assistance

Assignments vary by location, duration, and pay rate. You are expected to review all job details before confirming acceptance.


4. Job Acceptance & Attendance

All job offers will be sent via text, email, or within the EZ Lumper platform.

You must confirm acceptance before being dispatched.

Once confirmed, you are expected to arrive on time at the assigned location and complete the full duration of the shift.

No-call/no-show behavior or repeated tardiness may result in removal from future opportunities.

EZ Lumper Services reserves the right to reassign or cancel jobs based on client needs or performance issues.


5. Pay Terms

Standard pay rates range from $15–$20 per hour, depending on location, experience, and performance.

A 4-hour minimum applies to most shifts unless otherwise stated.

Payment methods include Stripe Connect (preferred), Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or direct deposit depending on onboarding status.

Lumpers using Stripe Connect will be paid $20/hr. Those paid via cash app or Zelle will be paid $15/hr.

Payment is typically processed within 24–72 hours after verified job completion and approval by the client.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment details in the EZ Lumper system are accurate.


6. Conduct & Performance Standards

All Lumpers are expected to:

Arrive on time, prepared, and dressed appropriately for warehouse work.

Treat clients, coworkers, and supervisors with respect and professionalism.

Follow all site-specific safety protocols and instructions.

Never use drugs, alcohol, or profanity on any job site.

Never falsify hours, time sheets, or QR scans.

Immediately report unsafe conditions, injuries, or damage to the Company.

Violation of these standards may result in suspension or permanent removal from the EZ Lumper platform.


7. Safety Requirements

You must wear appropriate safety gear (steel-toe boots, gloves, reflective vest, etc.) when required.

You must comply with all safety policies set by the client or site supervisor.

If you feel unsafe performing a task, stop and notify your site contact or EZ Lumper dispatch immediately.

You are responsible for your own physical ability to perform assigned tasks safely.


8. Equipment Use

EZ Lumper Services may coordinate the rental or use of equipment on your behalf, but such equipment is owned or controlled by the client or a third party.

You are required to operate equipment only if qualified and authorized.

Misuse, neglect, or unauthorized operation of equipment may result in liability for damages or termination from the platform.


9. Liability & Damages

EZ Lumper Services is not liable for any injury, loss, or property damage incurred while performing services, except as required by law.

You agree to hold the Company harmless from any claims arising from your conduct, negligence, or failure to follow safety procedures.

If you cause damage to client property due to negligence, you may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.


10. Termination & Deactivation

EZ Lumper Services reserves the right to suspend or deactivate your account for:

Repeated no-shows, lateness, or unprofessional behavior

Unsafe or reckless conduct

Theft, dishonesty, or falsified information

Violation of these Terms or client policies

Deactivation decisions are final. Outstanding payments for verified completed work will still be issued.


11. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

You may not share any client names, contact information, pricing, or internal EZ Lumper data with competitors or third parties.

All information obtained while performing work is considered confidential and must be protected even after your contract ends.


12. Dispute Resolution

Any pay or service disputes must be reported to EZ Lumper Services within 24 hours of job completion.

EZ Lumper Services will investigate and make a determination in good faith.

All disputes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any legal action must be filed in Fulton County, Georgia.


13. Modifications to Terms

EZ Lumper Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Notice of material changes will be provided by email, text, or within the EZ Lumper portal. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
